Scale Measuring system
Our guided measuring systems have the scale integrated into a guide rail. The rails can be supplied in lengths up to 3900 mm or as multi-piece rails for longer lengths. Optional higher accuracy classes are available.
Scanning heads
The scanning heads have a high degree of protection and immunity to contamination due to their IP 67 rating .
Outputs are available with 1 Vpp sine wave signal periods of down to 20 μm, or TTL (RS 422) square wave output with resolutions down to 0,125 microns.
The scanning head can be attached with a flexure to allow higher assembly tolerances, such as occur in long-distance measuring.
